Born in Guyana and now proudly calling New York home, my journey has been one of faith, resilience, and determination. Through hard work, perseverance, and a commitment to serving others, I have built a career that spans media, entrepreneurship, public speaking, financial education, and community leadership.
A Voice for Communities.
Throughout my career, I have been passionate about connecting people and creating opportunities that strengthen communities. As a radio host, media personality, executive producer, and entrepreneur, I have interviewed leaders, artists, business owners, and changemakers while using my platform to educate, inspire, and empower others.
Celebrating Culture. Uniting Communities.
Today, I serve as the Executive Producer of Caribbean Night Long Island, celebrating the rich diversity and vibrant culture of the Caribbean while bringing communities together through music, food, entertainment, and family-friendly experiences. I am also the host of Wealth Building with Jen, where I help individuals and families understand credit, homeownership, financial literacy, and building generational wealth.
Merrick Living Magazine & Lorraine's Legacy.
In addition to my media work, I am the Co-Publisher of Merrick Living Magazine and the founder of Lorraine's Legacy, a nonprofit established in honor of my late mother. Through Lorraine's Legacy, I am committed to supporting education, financial empowerment, and opportunities that create lasting impact for future generations.
